Hello ,
I have been sport climbing for a few years now and am dying to start learning how to Trad climb . I really want to be able to do routes like what’s my line , rappel rock and Babo safely and competently . So far I have only climbed multi pitch sport routes . I’m looking for an experienced trad climber that is willing to let me follow them on some easy trad pitches on lemon so I can see examples of good gear placements . It would really help accelerate the learning process for me . I looked into guided courses around town and they are hundreds of dollars . Worth it I’m sure but I kind of need that money for gear .  If anyone is willing or has some advice for me please let me know . I have read that gear placements on lemon are not straight forward so I’d rather not just buy a rack and try to start plugging gear .
Thanks

you can tag along with me at some point, though i'm not sure when i'll next be doing trad. summer in Tucson is mostly sport at the summit crags unless you go to the Reef. feel free to send me a PM.
