Roommate wanted in downtown Golden near the Toad brewery

I am looking for a roommate to move into the house I have been renting for the past few years. Me and the other roommates are looking for a working professional that is neat and clean to move into the downstairs room in the basement of our house. The duplex is a 4 bed 2 bath that's two stories tall with a small garage full of gear storage. The house is mostly furnished but there's not a whole lot a couple of couches and a table.

I am an avid climber and skier, I love to trail run and play outside. I am looking for roommates male or female who live an active lifestyle and have a stable job and want a fairly quiet clean house and would be cool sharing a house to save on rent. Rent would be 625 a month. Plus 625 for the deposit. Utilities are split and usually around 50 bucks a month.

You could move in at the end of July first of AUG I would love to hear a bit about your self what you do to make sure you are a good fit for the house. If you have more questions or want photos or would like to see more pictures let me know.
