Planing on climbing one of these (boot approach) in the next couple months. Any conditions reports? Need for pro or still soft enough to solo?

Ain't it a tad early for conditions report? Maybe wait til a week or so before you go. Who knows 2 months out...

Soft enough to solo for sure. If you’re not skiing I would give it a while. Was able to boot up Dana couloir last weekend with no crampons.

A buddy of mine skied it this past weekend, which to me means that it is still soft enough to not need pro.

Anyone been up there recently?

A friend of mine climbed Dana Couloir this weekend. He said it was mostly nevé, they placed a bunch of screws in ice (but they wanted to place screws so seeked it out). Good climbing conditions according to him.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
