Yes. They also gave a paypal refund for some Alti Mitts that were apparently out, but out of 20 or so items I purchased, I'm certainly not holding that against them. Made three separate orders on thurs, all three shipped yesterday. Considering they have the banner on main page which states "5-7 days" for shipping lead time, that's pretty good. Thanks to the original poster for costing me almost a grand  :)

I just got a tracking number email for my first purchase, made around 8:00AM the morning of The Event, and USPS says it's already out for delivery! Maybe they were too busy shipping stuff to send out emails? I have no issue with their priorities.

Same here, placed on Thursday and not even a tracking number yet. Seeing as some people have already recieved their items I might email just to check my order went through today.

Regarding the Flash50 sale at Alpenglow, I was climbing in Joshua Tree this weekend and was talking to another party at cliff we arrived at and the guy mentions that he works at a gear shop in Maine and if I needed any gear to use the Flash50 code.  I laughed and told him that I bought a new rope from them after seeing the code here.  He told me that the guys back at the shop had to pull an all nighter to get the orders out and that they were still coming in like crazy (this was Saturday).

Talked to him for a while about their business, seems like a cool group of people and a great business.  He indicated that they are aware of the codes getting out and that it's all good.

I just got shipping confirmation for the 3rd of my 4 orders. I’ve always had great service in the past so I wouldn’t sweat it. 

I placed 2 separate orders (came back for seconds the same day).I've received one order already. My other order consisted of cams and has been shipped but not received yet.

I did get a refund for an out of stock cam as well... they offered 20% off my next purchase. I laughed.  

Ok the alpenglow deal is legit. Do we all need to post whether or not out orders panned out?
