I'd say they are both pretty true to size. However, I say that with their intended use in mind, so "true to size" means a slightly different thing for each one. The phantom does have more room for layering underneath since it is a heavier weight jacket, more geared for belays and lower output activities and will feel slightly baggy when compared to the supercharger. I think the supercharger is probably a bit on the upper half of midweight down jackets, so it would be more appropriate for some more mobile activities or a more portable jacket around camp on cold days.
