My God, I can't imagine why anyone would want a "harness of pain" - but if you pay shipping, it's yours.

Please tell me you are a masochist or it is for historical reasons and I will be much happier.

It's a small and the later white/blue version with the cool swaged cord gear loops - also in good shape with labels readable.

I hear a fall in this harness crushes your junk if stuff is not tucked right - a word to the wise to the men. Also, numbs the iliac crest after a couple of days - good times.

GIVE ON!

Muskra what are you giving for free?

Alright, slightly jank item, but a free crash pad (not portable) pictured above. First two pics are of it folded up in half. (truck bed dimensions are 55x75in, so pad seems to be about 6x6 ft when fully unfolded.) It's a 4in thick mat so it should be pretty good for most home gyms. Contrary to what the picture says, this is indeed not a black diamond product LOL. pickup in Austin, TX!

Bonus: Here's a picture of me wearing the pad when we added straps which by now have been thankfully removed :)

You can generally ship large items through greyhound if there’s a terminal near you and the final destination.  It’s significantly cheaper then ups, FedEx etc.  I have sent large items that way.  I don’t know that I would use it if it were something that could break though.

Only downside is the receiving party will have to go to the greyhound station to pick it up, and there are not near as many facilities to choose from like a standard shipper.

But quite literally. A huge box, a truck, and take it to the post office.

I helped my parents ship a piano through UPS once. I'm sure that it would be just about the same.
