Drones in Black Mountain and Tram?

Hi there
Is it allowed to fly a drone in Bm and/or Tram?
Rangers do not answer because of the closure...

 A 15 or 20 foot painters pole with a go pro on the end works just as nice for bouldering Shots And a lot quieter

Drones are specifically banned at Tramway, they won't even let you on the tram if they find one while checking your bags.

Will they let the painters pole on the tram

Regardless of the rules please don't be the those annoying people with a drone.

Maybe not 50', but we have mounted a camera on a 9 meter pole from a collapsible carp fishing pole...  Not sure if we might qualify for the world's longest selfie stick.

Its call a TELO Pole 50' tall with an OSHA cert for nonconductive, OSHA Yellow in color with many 6' sections. Used to measure power line heights.

But can you hang a mirrorless camera off the end?

Might have to pick one up to try it - we've been looking for bigger sticks at work for a while.

No worries guys. I only use my drone for general views or when I am with friends who agree. And I am less noisy than those listening to music everywhere...

Around 600 to 800$ Telo pole. I found it under a house when I was a plumber someone must’ve stolen it off a telecommunication truck didn’t know what to do with it and tossed under the house I was working on  this was about 27 years ago 

How about just focusing on climbing instead of taking pictures. Ya'kno, enjoying nature and shit.

Some people do this with photography.

 Most of us are focused on climbing other people are taking photos or it’s the classic selfie shot with the 50 foot pole!

Drones, aside from yapping shit-hole "crag dogs", are the bane of my existence.
