FS: new ropes (Beal and Edelweiss)

I have moved to Texas from California and have 2 new ropes that I haven't used since I've moved here.  The closest outdoor climbing is 4 hours away so I've been dealing with mostly gym climbing.  Being that I'll probably be in the same place for the next 2-3 years, I'd rather sell the ropes to someone that can use them rather than let them collect more dust in their rope bags.  They have been stored in rope bags in a closet indoors.  The first rope is a Beal Edlinger II 10.2 mm x 70 m.  It's a standard treatment and NOT the Golden Dry.  I'm selling this one for $125.  

The second rope is an Edelweiss 10.2 mm x 70 m as well.  It has the ARC bi-pattern weave.  This one is going for $200.  

I live near Houston but I fly to southern California at least once a month and can meet up next time I'm out or ship to wherever you are located.
