It is finally time to resole my TC Pros! I haven't gone about getting shoes resoled, so figured I would check here for some advice. Any places you have a really good (or bad) experience with?

Dave Page Cobbler in Seattle. I have taken my Katanas in there twice now and have been very pleased with their work.

Does anyone know the number for Rock and Resole?

Heh.  R&R do a decent job and can also repair the Rand delamination damage if you’ve ever taken your TCs crack climbing (if not, why did you buy the shoe?!).  I recently had my shoes resoled from the Rubber Room for the first time since they carry Stealth HF (for some reason, R&R does ‘t), so we’ll see how they turn out.

Just got a pair back from Yosemite Bum today, lightning fast, took roughly 3-4 days for them to resole. Shipping was probably longer. There’s a 20% off coupon that’s good until the end of the year, ybum20 . Going to test them out at the gym tonight, but the rubber looks fantastic!

Between myself and my wife, R&R has done at least 10 perfect resoles for us. As a bonus, they're local for us. I wouldn't take my shoes anywhere else.

Another vote for Yosemite Bum! Great work and quick turnaround.

Their new rubber is fantastic.  I had a pair of shoes resoled with Trax SAS after having C4 on it before.  Almost no difference in terms of stickiness, but SAS is a lot more durable.  It is a big step up from the rubber compounds they've been using in the past.  Also, the XE rubber is great too.  Got my Astromans resoled with XE and they are awesome with it.  Love Yosemite Bum!

Yup, definitely recommend Yosemite Bum and the Trax SAS rubber is great. Seems to stick just as well as C4. Rock & Resole does great work as well.

I've tried Rock and Resole multiple times but was always a bit disappointed.  Long turn around times and my shoes started delaminating each time.  I beat the hell out of my trad shoes, but I still wouldn't expect that to happen from a professional resoler shop.

ProDeal Resolers in Pueblo, Co is a smaller shop and also has some longer return times, but the guy running it does fantastic work.  My shoes always retain their shape and have never delaminated when I sent them there.

Are these guys new? Never heard of them before, but would love to have a reliable local resoler!

Another vote for Yosemite bum! Turn around time was about 4 days, with shipping time included it took less than 3 weeks to get my shoes back. I got trax SAS on my scarpa instincts and so far it’s proving to be more durable than vibram xs grip 2, though a bit less sensitive

He's been at it for a year or so.

Peach Cobbler in Atlanta, GA is just starting and has a faster turn-around than any other resole places I've used before...highly recommend them! Great quality and very personable.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
