The Brotherhood Of the Traveling Stopper...

Couldn't get out last weekend. Tried to get out today. Got to the base, racked up, and began climbing, and found myself in a snowstorm. The rock quickly became soaked and I decided not to climb. I'll try again on Monday, but if I can't I'll just pass it along to Kris Fiore since I know he'll have a cooler experience anyways.

I was hoping to place the stopper I have at Smith, yesterday, on my first shot at a trad lead, or, while cragging some sport thing on this first trip to Smith. Alas, both partners had to bail, so I cut the trip a day short.

Who is next? Anyone in Boise want it?

I received the stopper today from Old Lady H (thanks much for sending it). I’ll be getting out very soon and I’ll write up a trip report 

Unfortunately, life got in the way and I've been unable to put the stopper to use.

I'll send it on to the next person so the thread can keep going.
