The Brotherhood Of the Traveling Stopper...

Couldn't get out last weekend. Tried to get out today. Got to the base, racked up, and began climbing, and found myself in a snowstorm. The rock quickly became soaked and I decided not to climb. I'll try again on Monday, but if I can't I'll just pass it along to Kris Fiore since I know he'll have a cooler experience anyways.

I was hoping to place the stopper I have at Smith, yesterday, on my first shot at a trad lead, or, while cragging some sport thing on this first trip to Smith. Alas, both partners had to bail, so I cut the trip a day short.

Who is next? Anyone in Boise want it?

Best, Helen

I have lots of big stuff planned all Autumn at Red Rock. If you're willing to send to me, I will use it wisely, promptly, make trip report, and get on to the nxt person.

PM me your address and I'll ship it out! I had a lot of fun, just didn't have the chance to deploy the stopper.

Best, Helen

I received the stopper today from Old Lady H (thanks much for sending it). I’ll be getting out very soon and I’ll write up a trip report

Unfortunately, life got in the way and I've been unable to put the stopper to use.

I'll send it on to the next person so the thread can keep going.

Someone send me a message.

Damn, sorry to hear it. Kudos for keeping the stopper moving, though!

Had a fun time with it. Thanks for sending it along, Old Lady H. I'm happy to pass it off to anybody that may be at Red Rock climbing. Anybody want it?

OK, it's been a couple of months, and it looks like we still have 2 stoppers up for grabs. Is anyone going to claim these things?

I’ll take one and place it in EPC! What kind of international exploits has the TS been up to?

None that have been reported here.

Send Tyler or Christopher a PM to claim a Stopper.

The Holy Stopper has been received and will be placed in EPC on Monday.

Documentation will be provided courtesy of a drone mounted to a crag dog who is listening to a Bluetooth speaker and smoking a cigarette.

Will a crag baby be piloting the drone?

While dropping an inordinately large  deuce in the middle of the approach trail, sans wag bag.

Nice! Props for getting it out there promptly and keeping it moving. Bonus points for the rare archive image of Tony.
