Easy climbs to big ledges for a wedding photo shoot
|

My friends are looking to top out an easy climb on a ledge big enough for 5 or 6 people for some wedding photos. Can anybody recommend something in yosemite? I'm thinking Dinner Ledge or maybe Swan Slab. |

Sunnyside Bench might work, you could even go up the decent route |

Jam Crack route has a bitchen ledge. Might not be high enough for cool photos though. |

Top of Manure Pile? |

The top of Lena's Lieback (3 pitches, not just the first one) at Swan Slab is big enough, and has some good views of half dome. You could climb the 4th class walk off route to the far right. Lena's Lieback itself is 5.9, so doesn't really count as easy. |

sunnyside bench or lembert dome summit come to mind. |

Not really climbs, just scrambles: Sierra Point has big ledges complete with a handrail. Waterfall views, good light after noon. Turtleback Dome has the iconic webcam view, better light later in the day, fantastic sunsets. |

The summit of Sentinel is scenic and super easy to get to. |

Not really a ledge, but by climbing royal arches you can get some epic shots from atop washington column, or climb to the top of north dome and pick your angle of the valley. Super scenic, and anyone who doesn't climb that wants to join can hike in from Tuolumne. |

Whatever. A wedding party would make quick work of the Steck-Salathe. |
