Haven't linked them but have climbed them both. You could probably park for either tower and be fine. The approach for Fine Jade is a little more straightforward (i.e. well-traveled) and I think slightly shorter. I would probably budget at least 45min (maybe an hour?) hiking between the two.
Measure distance via Google Maps (it's not hard to do). Hint: It's more than 1 mile and less than 1.5 miles.
Which tower to do first would probably depend on if you want sun or shade, and if you're going to reverse the ridge afterwards or descend (either to a vehicle shuttle or a long walk through the desert).
The real challenge of this linkup is NOT logistics or distance... it's traversing the ridge: it is more difficult than it looks. Consider bringing crampons and an axe.
It's been done many times. The crux is definitely the walk between the two. "Super sketchy" is a term that comes to mind. A tad less so if doing sister superior 1st.

The ridge is certainly the worst part and takes longer than you’d think. One part is actually quite dangerous with sketchy pebble scree field.
I did this linkup last November. it was a great day, definitely recommend it.
We parked in the castleton lot and hit fine jade first, with the plan to hike the ridge to jahman and return the same way back to the car.
Most of the ridge is not too bad, but there’s one section on the way down to the saddle between the rectory and sister superior which is a bit sketchy, a short broken loose verticalish section (maybe 10 or 15 feet) with a very steep loose scree field below. There was a somewhat janky fixed line which was helpful as a hand line. Going down wasn’t too bad, but the idea of going back up was pretty unappealing, and we wound up doing jahman and then following the trail and drainage out to the road (128) and hitching back to the car, which is what I would reccomend.
If you are comfortable scrambling on loose rock you should be fine on the ridge, the above mentioned section was the only part where I felt a fall would be possible and potentially very dangerous.
I don’t remember how long it took us but we were hiking in the dark on both ends.
