It's not my book.

What you see as spray, I see as psyche...it's been a long time coming!

But you're "not that into climbing" so I kinda see how you may not get it.

It's cool you are way more into your babby - it's the right thing to do.

Cheers, Braj

Braj!  You should take my posts about as seriously as I take climbing, naw’m saying?  I’d be psyched as well, PC is da best (besides woodson obvi.)

I’ve got ANOTHER baby now, so I’m going to be twice as obnoxious.
All kidding aside, I just want to know how many of these guides do I need to duct tape together to span across THE river and get to some sick greased out slopey crimp ladders nawmean?!?

Can't wait to get a copy! With all these years in the making I expect nothing short of greatness... which I am sure it is going to be (just look at the quality of Tai's routes!)

I got a look at an advance copy of Tai DeVore's new Pine Creek guide when I was up visiting with friends over the past couple of days. Gorgeous book! What a great job he did, and what a great resource! Besides all the new route development in the area, the amount of work that went into approach trails is phenomenal. Despite cold temps, there was just enough heat and sun for me and my partner to get in a couple of days climbing up there on new routes!  I've preordered my copy and you should too!

PS Ocalslay Onlyay - this book is for everyone, not just Locals Only!

You mean it's for everyone else. Locals don't need no guidebooks.

Invalid without prefacing that ending with 50 pictures of trees, rocks or flowers of the central west side. And some not-quite lyrical musings...

Do you even LOB?!!11?!

The books are here! Just picked mine up from Tai, and got the lowdown on sales.

He said he is selling point-of-sale (local corridor outdoor shops) ONLY until the guidebook release party, after which they will be available at Toiler Press

The party will be maybe this weekend, but more likely next, and Tai & Marty are doing a joint book-release party at the Mountain Rambler brewery, so it should be an awesome event!

These two books represent some of the finest guide-book work I have seen to date!

See you at the MarTai Partai!
