Out of curiosity, how have the Nuco cams been affected by the totem basic recall? Are they also unavailable at retailers? Have they also stopped production and is there still any stock of the unaffected batches left?

2) They are available at retailers but who carry Kailas in North America except Verti Call?

3) Yes, the production looks to be on hold. Kailas did not renew with Totem MT in Spain for 2018. That's mean Kailas will not offer any more Nuco and Totem cam for now until a new contract will sign with Totem MT. Right now nothing looks to me on the right track. It's possibly the true END of Nuco and Totem from Kailas.
For Totem MT (cam is call Basic as you should know) they said to me it will not be available for resellers in 2018. I did not ask why but I presume it's because the production will go to replace the basic affected by the recall.

4) I strongly believe there is not a single Basic left/available right now in the world. For Nuco, I think your only choice is to buy it from Kailas at Kailasgear.com, Verti Call at verticallstore.com (this is me) or directly from me with Mountain Project private message (recommended).

I offer also the Nuco first generation for a cheaper price, not available on Kailas and Verti Call website, but availability is limited to green to red (no blue and HY blue/green in first gen).

Just a reminder. For US resident please make sure to send the payment in USD. You have to specify the recipient currency and as far as I know, you can't with the Paypal app. You should use Paypal on internet browser (cell phone or computer). Otherwise, Paypal converts automatically your USD in CND and charge me an exchange fee. Why PayPal doesn't ask which currency I want? It should be so simple! Because Paypal makes more money when they choose for us. Hate this...

 For Canadian customer I can accept CND, it will be easier for you to use CND.

I may be interested - is buying from your site roughly the same as buying here? Would prefer secure payment backed by credit card guarantee just for peace of mind. Are all sizes currently available for preorder?

Many ask if the preorder it's for the Kailas Totem cams or Totem cams from Totem. I sell Kailas a year ago. Now it's the Totem cam by Totem. I still have Kailas Nuco (Totem Basic) 

Hey Marco, snapped a trigger wire right at the lobe of a blue kailas "Totem". What's the best/easiest way to get this replaced?
