Indian Creek in October

I’m planning a 3 ½ week climbing and mountain biking trip to Utah starting September 29, and am looking for people to climb and mountain bike with (and take photos of). The plan so far looks like this:
Maple Canyon 4 - 5 Oct
Joe’s Valley 5 - 7  Oct
Indian Creek/Moab 8 - 18 Oct

I’m hiring a car for the whole trip and am bringing a rope, rack (double set of cams), and bike. All I need are some people to climb and ride with (preferably people who don’t mind having their photos taken).

A little bit about myself: I’m a 35 YO South African guy. I’ve been climbing for 12 years and like to consider myself an allrounder - boulder, sport & trad. I climb up to 5.11 on trad (although I know that doesn’t mean much in the creek) and up to low 12’s on sport.

If you have climbing plans that involve the aforementioned climbing areas and dates and would like to share a rope, please send me a message. I’m also open to the idea of teaming up with someone for the entire trip if anyone can get that kind of time off.

I will be in the creek around mid October if you are still around and I can offer a belay and gear. I could be there as early as the tenth or as late as the 20th. Just depends on work.

A friend and I are looking at getting 3 or 4 days of climbing in sometime from 6-12 October. Between us we have 3 or 4 sets of cams. Let me know whats up! Our plans are slightly in the air as of right now, but I figured I'd throw it out there earlier rather than later.

Head to Creek Pasture with as much beer, firewood, water, and as many cams as you can fit.  You'll have no trouble finding partners.

I'm also looking at coming out to Moab for about a week, sometime between Oct 1-12.  I like climbing with people that love to try hard and get after it, and don't take any of it too seriously.  Normally lead 5.11+ but haven't done much crack climbing this summer so we'll how much of my ass I get handed to me.   Also interested in going to Zion again if anyone is game.  Don't have specific dates yet, but need to nail it down soon since I will be flying.  I'll message some of you guys directly...

Hey Daniel
Sounds great. I'll be in Moab from Oct 8 – 18 and staying at Creek Pasture (following Philip's advice). Let me know if you're plans correspond. I'll leave a cell number here as soon as I'm in the country and have a local SIM.

I will be arriving in the creek around October 18th give or take a few days. My number is 817-705-4582 and I am looking for any partners. I have a good amount of gear so don't worry if you don't have much!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
