Hello all!

I just moved to Washington, DC from SLC, UT and want to check out the climbing on the East Coast. If anyone would be interested in doing a multi-day or even single day climbing trip this weekend shoot me a message! I know the outdoor climbing here isn't as bountiful as in Utah, but I want to check it out nonetheless. I mostly climb sport in the 5.10 range.

New River Gorge is about 5hrs from DC, Birdsboro PA is 3hr 15 mins, Safe Harbor is 2hr 30min. Those are probably realistic options.

Seneca is under 3 hours and I dare say closer to 2 hours and change. However, Seneca is a trad climbing area. There is a descent sport climbing area a little over 2 hours away called Franklin that I used to climb at years ago, find a local at one of the rock gyms for more information. A top rope area is Great Falls @ Great Falls park.
Good Luck

Franklin is ok.  Access is sketchy.   Reeds creed is closer and no access issues. PM me if you want more info on Reeds or Seneca
