Anyone been climbing in Baja California? Looking for suggestions, starting a road trip from LA to Baja end of March. Sport routes, hot springs, hikes, anything inbetween welcome!

There is also some developed bouldering at Catavina. Not sure if there is beta on MP but there was a Rock and Ice article about a trip there (with beta) some years ago.

K58 is a good spot to camp on the beach and surf. There's a bar and restaurant right there, so you can just set up camp. If you go inland a couple miles from there, you get to Valle Azteca. For a more detailed guide check out this climbing zine from the 90s: google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url= king-dino.com/allez4.pdf&ved=0ahUKEwjTjsjExpPSAhXqz1QKHdwUB60QFggtMAI&usg=AFQjCNGZqIUmfjM1Z2OEtv0Y4yynr3mo7w&sig2=ZxE7SRiBK0JXA1-sz6_85Q
I haven't actually climbed there yet, so take all this with a rather large grain of salt.

A year later and Central Baja has a lot more climbing. Have a look at the Loreto area in mountainproject.com/v/baja-…

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
