Have March 31 through April 8 off and figured with the terrible snowpack, Northern California would be the place to find some rock. Looking for 5.7 or under multi pitch or fun peaks to scramble. Would love to climb some 5.8 or 5.9 single pitch trad as that is what I’m currently trying to push my lead to. Thinking of going down to tuolumne but open to any ideas. Just want to climb some nice granite with some hot springs not too far away.
Tioga Pass will still be closed and high sierra stuff will still be snowed in for the most part. But granite and Hot Springs is totally doable. Pine Creek Canyon, Whitney portal and probably mt. Whitney zone.
I'm down a.f. I can take a Monday or Friday off too. Let's see how the weather looks around then. U coming from washington?

Likely lots of good Sport climbing this year then around Lone Pine / Whitney and Bishop and W of Mammoth Lakes.
In addition to Alabama Hills, lots more little sport crags opening recently south of Bishop which I'd love to hear some reports about.
A little bit of good Trad in your difficulty range (less than 5.10) in that region . . . e.g. multi-pitch 5.9 at Pine Creek, perhaps one worthwhile route at Whitney Portal.
Perhaps could try Benton Cross for single-pitch Trad.

P.S. If you're not happy with the range of Trad around Lone Pine + Bishop + Mammoth, just keep driving E + S to Red Rocks.
