Mountaineering in Japan

Hey everyone!

A long shot, but hoping to get out to the Japanese Alps this weekend for some mountaineering and looking for a partner. Pace would be moderate - just want to get some mileage on my crampons and some views. Let me know if you happen to be in the area (near Tokyo), have crampons/axe, and want to get after it!
