Here’s a PROTIP:

immediately post workout mix a high quality whey protein powder with chocolate milk and consume.

The sugar in the chocolate milk will trigger the body’s natural insulin which delivers the protein to the muscles.

this is a bodybuilders trick to increase muscle mass, Of course it takes time but you will notice a size increase which relates to stronger muscles.

climbing friend,

here is dick tip: (advice from american friend dicky van slaterwinkle) sculpt your guns with vegetable!!!! not the unholy protein of animal type!!!! ho ho ho ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!! myah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in this way you may still be able obtain erection at old age without "boner pills," and also not do die of heart attack, overzealous stroking, and cancers. also do not build up on your mass on your guns if you are wishing to climb - difficult yet enjoyable bold flash, forearm refresh at crux -   just sculpt them finer and stronger.

Anybody have a less-than-10-minute TLDR for the video?

To the OP, if your goal is to improve at bouldering or sport climbing, I'd also suggest you evaluate whether running is helping you achieve that goal.

Thank you for reminding me why its never a good idea to ask for advice on an internet forum.

I more interested in injury prevention and working neglected muscle groups. I realize distance running isn't helping my climbing but it is the other sport I am passionate about.

climbing friend,

the distance running it is great, as long as you don't run very high mileage more than 40-60 miles per your week, you shall not worry. It tis true it would not help your climbing, but I am believing everyone says it it terrible so terrible for climbing simply because they are quite fat and lazy./

the morning run and meditations would make you feel as a god among men, and as if you snort large dosages powerful antidepressant, increasing always your health, and making you psyched to climb and better able to sustain better erection better. plus if you are going off on the races you may publicly display your fitness for all to see, proving your dominance and superiority.

On a good week, I run 20 miles. Anything more than that and it makes me too tired and sore to climb.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
