I know, but our flight is on Monday...

dont know your plans, but smith rock will be closing gates when lots are full....

I would leave today by any means......and then go hide under a rock near the airport and wait til your departure.

What does closing the gates mean? Will we be unable to walk in, even without a car?

What day/time do you expect the crowd to scatter?

we arrive to Portland on the 21st at 2:15pm, isn't that long after the eclipse is over?

Just hang out in Portland for a day and head to Smith on Tuesday. Trying to to get there on Monday will be crazy.

hi i will be in portland for the eclipse but not planing on going to smith rock until probably Wednesday. Will be needing a climbing partner. not sure if you guys will wait till then. let me know.
