Moving to Pittsburgh June 1st and would love to get outside to do some climbing. I have been in Florida the last few years so unfortunately my climbing has suffered. Sport I still feel pretty comfortable leading/following up to 5.10 also happy to belay on harder routes. I feel pretty comfortable on moderate Trad following/leading but it has been a while since I lead anything would love to ease back into it.
Climbing is my one true passion and I can't wait to be living close to rocks again.
Strengths:
Great belayer, don't complain, Car camping champ, I Have all my own gear, can follow and move efficiently on multi-pitch, I have a car.
Weaknesses:
I am fatter than I use to be, Have not climbed a bunch recently.
I guided at looking glass for a summer before moving to Florida and have climbed most of the moderates around that area.
I was WFR certified at one point.
I am easy going laid back and just want to climb outside again. I work for myself so I can usually arrange my schedule as needed.
Just shoot me a message or respond on this thread!
