Miguel's/Camp 4 Equivalents for other crags?

I'm very familiar with Miguel's at the Red River Gorge and have heard much of Camp 4 at Yosemite.  I was wondering what other sites are prominent as ever-busy climber campgrounds at crags that work as really good places for camp and find other people to climb with?

Are there any others with similar levels of prominence as Miguel's and Camp 4 that I'm ignorant of?

Maybe the American Alpine Club campground at New River Gorge

City Park in Lander Wyoming

Rifle campground

 Shelf Rd campground is pretty much all climbers

Good question. 

I've seen a lot of communal climbing scenes, and a couple stand out as really stellar in my memory: Frank's yard at Devils Tower and the Bivy at Smith Rock. I had an amazing experience at both places. Maybe it was the place, maybe the climbing, the partners, or just my frame of mind at the time. But they were great. 

The AAC campground at the NRG is coming along (communal area is a little small), as is the AAC campground at the Gunks (though priced somewhat prohibitively, it's got a nice communal area). La Posada in EPC is great. Of course, if I'm set for partners then my preferred camping is a bit more off the beaten track in many places (I'd still go to Frank's and the Bivy, but maybe not to Miguel's or Camp 4). So many great remote places in the desert, but not communal.

Makes me want to start planning a trip!

P.V. Pit in Bishop is definitely a climber campground, cheap as hell too.

I thought miguels was in The new?  stayed there once maybe 12  or so years ago. not a flat spot in the whole campground.....  princess Snowbird in Seneca. the forest circus campground at the base of Wild Iris. the Climbers Ranch in the tetons, the free spot behind Chapel Pond. Bunch of places I won't mention on the internet......

No miguels is red river gorge in Kentucky. The new river gorge is West Virginia.

When I'm back down in TN I'll be sure to check that out again, a few of my friends said it was pretty barren when they stayed there but it was also mid August so I can't really say I'm surprised

You may be thinking of Roger's, the former climbers' campground at the NRG.  Miguel's has plenty of flat spots; Roger's, almost none.

Pines campground at Mt. Arapiles in Australia (one of THE best climber's hangouts IMO on par with Camp 4 and HVC)

campground on the west side of Chamonix village

Ailefroide campground (might be the world's largest-accommodates more than 700)

in Frankenjura but you'll need a car to get to the crags since they are widespread

Finale Ligure has free camping in the woods-one of my favorites in the world
