As an aspiring trad climber with a pizza delivery driver's budget, I was hoping to supplement my current, meager rack with a couple of large cams. I'm looking mainly for size 5 and up, but I'm not too picky. Im trying to keep my costs down around 35-40 a cam. Thanks for your consideration! |

No harm in asking but good luck. Big cams don't lose that much value because they almost never wear out and they are expensive to start with. I trust a used big cam more than a used small one for sure. If you want big cams be prepared to pay more than $40. Used hand and finger sized c4's go for $35-40. Number five and six or big wc will be more. |

Unless you are looking for antiques, I'd say your price range is a little low. |
