Obed Access Purchase

The East Tennessee Climbers Coalition (ETCC) community is rallying to purchase the current North/South Clear parking area.
The parking situation currently is a handshake agreement between the landowner and the ETCC.
By purchasing the land, the ETCC will be able to add necessary infrastructure to meet the growing access demand.
