Does anyone have any experience/advice/information about ice climbing and skiing in Northern India? I'm going to be there for most of March, I haven't been able to find a great deal of information online. Any information/pointers much appreciated. If anyone is also going to be there please give me a shout.

Cheers,
Martin

Indiana is pretty flat. You might be able to find some ice near turkey run state park and there is some bouldering near Muscatatuck, but for the most part locals wont be friendly to access. Climbing just isn't a popular past time compared to hunting and 4x4 mudding. Theres some skiing near perfect north in Cincinnati, but it's mostly manmade ice and the hill is maybe 400' tall.

Commenting because I'm interested in hearing (relevant!) answers -- thinking of being there later this year.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
