Crested Butte Ice Climbing Partner

Hello!

I work as a ski instructor on the mountain and would like to spend all my days off ice climbing in Lake City or Ouray or anywhere with ice. I can follow on WI3 and am very new to leading on ice but want to work on it this winter.
