A national park designation wouldn't save Blue Diamond Hill from development. The proposed development, while not on RRNCA land, is pretty much surrounded by it. Thus, private land. Hopefully the county commissioners listen to the people and not Jim Rhodes.

Jim is a person, too, y'know.
AFAIK he was in favor of the land swap, and he wasn't the party that dropped the deal.
