Best Shot for Spring Ice?

I am committed in one way or another to climb rock until late March 2017 but NEED to climb some ice this year. I'm pretty much willing to go anywhere in North America to swing tools. Where would be my best bet at that time of year? Thanks!

Canadian Rockies would be the most reliable.
