As a pizza delivery driver, I've had the opportunity to explore many lesser known areas of Fayette County. In my travels, I have recently discovered two areas that contain climbable rock, both on rather unique sandstone "pinnacles". However, as I'm a bit of a novice, I was hoping someone may be able to help me in clearing up the access issues, etc.

I'd definitely be willing to help. Where is it specifically? What are the access issues?

Here are the coordinates for both areas. They're only about a mile away from each other. They are both on private property, but I'm attempting to get permission from the landowners to at least hike up to the cliffs.

These are the sites for the owner information (publicly available through parcel maps for Fayette County) for each cliff.

I think the best way would be to call them, and ask to meet with them to explain why you want to go on their land. People tend to be nicest face to face, they might even show you the cliffs. Maybe bring a free pizza along lol.

I think that's essentially the only option. Both topo's look promising though.

Lots of luck. Hopefully, the landowners are cool. Find out about the state's liability laws.

That's really far from me but I have a buddy in PA "the stoned master on mp.com" who might be interested. definitely reach out to him.

The Stoned Master is a legend, and I have yet to have had the honor to meet him in person. However, I agree he'd be a good person to contact. I've been looking in to liability laws, and it seems that any injuries that occur confer liability to the landowner. However, that liability may be assumed by a third party.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
