Found: CO Front Range Climbing Book in Parking Lot

Found a Colorado Front Range climbing area guidebook in a parking lot for that area. I found it Saturday 9/24 sometime between 5 and 6PM.

PM me to ID the parking lot correctly and it is yours. I can't find a name inside the book so first correct combination of the two above items gets it.
