Tucson-Barnum rock closed?

Does anyone know if Barnum rock is in fact closed? This information seems a bit old (2013 I think). I wanted to confirm that it was open before a friend and I headed there this weekend to climb.

I know a few people who went to climb there in July. That's the only reason I think that it might be open to climbers.

I would appreciate any confirmation.

"Yes, this closure date is still accurate and in effect. The closure is for Mexican spotted owls.

Please continue to respect this closure."
