Brand new platform for finding climbing partners

If you are looking for a climbing partner, try SkillMint.com . It is a brand new platform and because it has just launched there are not too many people on it yet but the community is growing every day. Even though it is not just for climbing but for pretty much any sports or music skills, I have noticed that people with climbing skills register more often.

Anyway, it's a pretty cool concept, give it a shot. Not only it allows you to search for partners with your skill level and meet them but also rate the skills if you're into it.

What's the point? Why is this better than MP?

Not sold.

Sorry christester72, looks to me that you aren't a climber at all and have not participated in anything on MP. Stop trying to sell us something while we have MP to find partners.

MP is great all around climbing platform and forum. SkillMint is not really better, it's just a bit different in a way that in addition to climbing you can add other interests if you have any. For example, I play tennis and if I go somewhere on vacation or business trip where it's tough to find climbing places, tennis courts are everywhere and I really love to have a couple of sets with someone who is on my level. Plus I personally like that you can rate other people's skills, but this one is a personal preference.

I just thought I'd share it. I find both MP and SkillMint platforms are pretty good, they are just a bit different and I guess gives you more options.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
