So I just noticed that my green C4 is a little crooked. The lobes are also asymmetrical by the stem when engaged. Zero falls taken on this piece, is this normal/safe?
Looks like the trigger wire on the clear lobes is a little shorter than the green side. It's one continuous wire from green lobe to trigger to clear lobe. There is a little plastic keeper/lock in the trigger. Try to carefully slip the wire out of the lock. Equalize the wires and slip it back into the lock. You can also just try and pull the shorter side of the wire with a pair of pliers. This may be the best way to start.
Totally normal as a cam gets used. Either the cable on the trigger wires has slid a little or one of the wires from the lobes has a good bend it somewhere. Both are an easy fix.
I still don't really see what problem your talking about. When a cam is placed the entire lobe is rarely touching the wall. They are designed to expand asymmetrically. The only thing you should really care about is making sure they do expand and don't have something stopping them and making sure when they are placed you you have good contact on all 4 lobes.
