Valley Partner Apr 25-28

I am a UK-based climber looking to do some trad Valley classics in the 5.8-5.10 range, whist I am in Northern CA at the end of April (arr. 19th Apr). First time in Yosemite, although have climbed elsewhere in the US and overseas. Will be driving over from Berkeley on Sun 24th. Will have one 60m half rope and half a rack.

I'm in the middle of moving to NV but would like to climb with you next Thursday the 28th. I'm a registered nurse, very safe, climbing since 2008, have rack, rope, etc. I'd be arriving late Wednesday night from NV - do you have a place to stay? I'd probably only come if I could find somewhere to camp at this late notice.... then stay over Wednesday to climb Thursday, stay Thursday night if possible to leave back to CA on Friday.

At the moment I only have a site (at North Pines) for Sun night. I was planning on trying to get onto Camp 4 on Mon morning. Hopefully not too hard at this time of year! I can let you know by txt what conditions are like in the valley (both weather and crowds) when I get there on Sun if you like. I was also planning to drive back to SF on Fri AM, as my flight back to the UK leaves in the afternoon

I believe the pines camp grounds still have availability. Check online. Recreation.gov.

JUst wanted to let ya'll know camp 4 hasn't been filling up on the weekdays. So you'll probably get a spot whenever you show up. At least the last week i was there.
