Access to Combat Rock/Monastery

Does anyone know of any road closures or access issues for combat rock or the Monastery?

Roads are clear of snow. The only access issue is road construction on 43 every day except sunday, traffic is let through on the hour from 8-4. However, last Saturday when I told the flagman I was going up Storm
Mt road he just let me pass through.

I've seen people waved through to Storm Mt road too, but I think it depends on what they are doing in that small section of road at the time. Seems like they have to organize a break in work to allow for it.

Oh - and another thing, look out for ticks. I pulled 6 off me after climbing Saturday.
