I can tell you that the avilanche conditions is considerable on all slopes currently. and its not going to get better with the predicted snow this next couple of days mtavalanche.com/
Gren gully sits right at the bottom of an avy shoot, I would be prett cautious about climbing. I would hike in a bit and start digging a few snow pits. With the lack of snow and warm weather the snow may have stettled a bit.
As for road conditions last week it was easyly doable with a moderate 4x4. Dont try with a 2x4 or subaru its too low to clear the ruts. Chains and a shovel are a good idea to have along.
My friend Dr. Dave and I went in and climbed Green Gully on Saturday it was in excellent condition. There hasn't been The major avalanche yet there's not much snow on the approach there could be a lot more up above the climb and it was snowing lightly when we left. Finding The right approach trail from the main trail was difficult there are several the right one goes straight up below the climb. Probably best to leave the main trail on the first trail that heads towards the climbs we and another party ended up doing the blue golly approach then crossing over which was more difficult than it really needed to be. The road was in decent condition for four-wheel-drive
