Ill add tall buildings or any cliff edge where you don't see the bottom for a long ways, 500 vertical feet min.

Man! That photo of the Shield is so awesome.

Not even close to that much air but here are some exposed spots in the desert.

Saw this the other day, just looking at it made my stomach go queezy:

I am surprised no one has posted this classic:

For me, the biggest feeling of being out was around 15.5k on the Cassin Ridge. Not really exposed per say just out there.

I have only done low angle multi pitch, but skiing peaks its anytime you loose your composure and have to take a pause to get it back. I am almost always gripped roped climbing though, unless its hard for me and the fall is safe. Once it lets up a little fear creeps back in, until its easy again? blah blah blah

I got you brah...I got you!

Matthes Crest. Not really heart in mouth territory but it is a knife blade ridge.

Another odd novelty exposure climb is a 5.8 with a large overhanging roof. Its exposed because the way you climb it is face down through the horizontal chimney crack that splits the roof. So your face down looking at you belayer while thrutching your way along with only body tension keeping you in place!

How about rattly jams through a body-length roof, followed directly by a total inversion to toe-hook?

Just climb the WG ridge in the clouds and the exposure disappears!

Rock and Mountain have always had different meanings of "exposure." With rock it when your stomach churns, however I never really feel all that exposed to danger with rock. However on a mountain, to me it's when I feel really really tiny and the brain says, "Hey man, this would not be a good time to fall."

Do you have to be able to see to feel exposed?
