Luc, I have rebuilt Canada with new code and this appears fixed. You will have to delete the Canada data pack and re-download it to confirm.

I just published an updated build that fixes this issue. Look for version 3.12 (Build 51) on google play. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours to go live.
