This weekend also should be nice at the Homestead. I would think CASA's A- team would be promoting the Access Fund's Adopt a Crag over selling guidebooks.

Great weekend at the Homestead! A ton of work was accomplished by me and members of the A Team and 45 other people working for the climbing community. Blood and sweat were left along the new footpath to the cliffs at the Homestead. The walk in now takes about an hour and fifteen if you don't have a high clearance vehicle. If you ordered a book this weekend it will go out today. Thank you!

i heard Solar Flare was a death route! i heard they chopped the bolts to trick people to lead it on gear! i heard the first person to lead it without the bolts bashed her head open and is still in a coma at TMC!

I thought this might be a good place to ask a general question: I am looking for winter crags in the local area where there is, ideally, cell reception at the crag, or if not, then near the crag such that I could easily run and check every couple of hours. I have some educated guesses about crags that might have reception but am interested to hear from people who know for sure about certain crags. I have AT &T coverage but my partner might have something else. Thanks!

Verizon has spotty coverage in Milagrosa. Definitely enough to make a call in the right spots along the Main Wall.

I get great reception at Weather top and Club Med.

I recall having reception at Pinhead Wall last weekend. This is with Verizon.
