Not sure what you mean by 40 bill.. But it sounds like the gear/owner has been identified.

But just to be sure, you're not talking about a small folding knife (Trango Piranha) are you? I lost one at Ursula nearby on Sunday.

Also, there's a Lost & Found forum.. It would be better for everyone if we all used that forum for lost & found gear.
