popping joints

So I've been climbing 2 years. started doing pull ups on rock rings 2 months ago. I don't over do it just maybe 25 pull ups/light work out the odd day, but now my elbows, collar bones (mostly the right for both) or popping a lot (similar feeling to snapping your knuckles) when I move them certain ways, its actually getting annoying. Should I stop or is this non-related and harmless?

Generally speaking, popping joints is relatively harmless as long as it is pain free. Your joints can accumulate air pockets and the popping is the sound of the air being released. The whole thing about popping your knuckles giving you arthritis is a complete myth. So you are probably fine. If it's really bothering you, you can always go see an othropod.

Another one you may want to consider is "cissus quadrangularis".

I have the same issue with my left wrist. It pops all the time and is pain free when climbing but I worry since I'm young if it will cause pain later down the road....

cissus didnt do well for me, maybe I got some bunk batch of it that was weak/impure?

Nothing fixed my joints like human growth hormone though....but alas the effects are temporary (and expensive).

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
