No seriously guys, I need help and some suggestions for an aggressive shoe that is narrow and low volume. I love my Muira Velcro's but the Velcro wears out long before the shoe does, it costs an arm and a leg to revelcro and the new job lasts a month. If this helps inform your recommendations, now a days I'm only a gym rat (don't worry, I say Mea Culpa's at my bedside every nite before beddy bye).
My feet are really freakin narrow and low volume so help, help, help!

Take a look at Scarpa Feroce's.

Katana Lace

Very similar to a Muira velcro. A gym rat may want velcro, though. Look into replacing your velcro with some military grade stuff?

Teams are certainly not low volume nor narrow. They are average width and mid to high volume shoes.

I'm super happy with my Tenayas. Miuras are too baggy in the toes for me (seriously!). I can't wear a shoe that doesn't lace all the way to the toe. If you search MP you'll find a great extended review of them. Testa Rossas also fit pretty well, but I don't need that much downturn.

Tenaya makes excellent shoes, i'd say they are medium to narrow. Almost too narrow for me and i have pretty average feet. Check em out.

id consider checking out five ten quantum. they are narrower than most, higher through the arch, and have a nice low volume heel cup. lace closure, lined synthetic, so no stretch (fit is similar to street shoe/ no down size needed), and durable harder edging rubber outsoles. really precise fit and great for vert to slightly overhanging terrain.
