Momentum Climbing Gym in Salt Lake 4/12 and 4/13

I will be travelling to Salt Lake City on Friday April 12 so that I can take the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam on Saturday. I would like to climb at Momentum on Friday afternoon and possibly Saturday night, but I don't know anyone in Utah. Can any of you friendly folks give me a catch?

You know there's some pretty good outdoor climbing here right?

Well I have to take an 8 hour exam on Saturday. I would much rather climb outside, but I figured that with my hectic schedule of flying out there and taking the exam it would be easier to go to the gym. By the time I get out of the exam, there won't be much daylight left, so it makes sense to hit up Momentum. I arrive in Salt Lake around noon on Friday, so I wouldn't have much time to climb outside. I spent a week in Indian Creek in 2010, so I've had a glimpse of what Utah has to offer. I can't wait to take another long trip out there.

the creek and the wasatch are 2 very different places, get out side, sport climbing out here is basically an outdoor gym!

bouldering in LCC is world class and only 10 minutes from the gym. guarantee there will be plenty of pad people willing to let you try a problem or two on their pad

of course the gym is probably better than any gym you have ever seen or been to

I'd give you a catch at Momentum on Friday afternoon - but I'd more happily give you a catch up one of the canyons on Friday afternoon. What time are you thinking?

Austin, I sent you a message, but I'll be arriving in SLC at around noon on Friday. I would love to clip some bolts outside if time permits, but otherwise I'm fine with going to the gym.

Fall Guy, I love bouldering but I'd rather climb sport. I've been to Stone Summit in Atlanta, which was mind blowing, but Momentum looks sick too.
