Big bro 4 don't lock

Last sunday, after take off the big bro #4 from a crack, it didn't lock in "non-expanded" position, and it is always expanded now. Someone had this problem and how can I solve it?

If you watch the big bro training video it tells you not to open it unless it's pressed against a rock. Opening it for fun in your living room and letting it slam open wrecks the stop nut that holds it shut.

You can easily replace the stop nut by going to your local hardware store and replacing the nut / screw as required.

In fact, I had "demonstrated" the big bro without rock contact, but after, it was ok. The problem was after a crack "normal" operation". I sent a email to trango, but I didn't receive answer yet.
