Since the typical motivation for sport rappellers really is the military emulation thing, I always found it odd that they'd fixate on that element. It'd be like a NASCAR enthusiast changing his tires really fast to just get into the spirit of the thing.

I'm not sure which is worse, sport rappelling or Parkour.
