Im headed to Turkey for about 9 days and wanted to get a few days of climbing in as well. I'm planning on heading to Geyikbayiri near Antalya, then a couple days around Olympos at some point. Im bringing all my gear so that wont be an issue. Let me know if you want to link up! - Josh

Hey josh,

I am heading out tomorrow for Istanbul and will be in Turkey until the 4th. I am not a big planner and usually go with the flow, but wanted to touch base incase our paths could cross. I have a question for you. I saw some video of the Antalya. It looked like a fair amount of camping. I am not bring camping gear. Do you know of any decent accommodation or camp gear rental?

Take it easy,

Darrick

Darrick,
Yeah man just let me know or Ill msg you once I get into town. There are actually quite a few places you can stay at near the climbing. One website to look for is climbers garden.com and also josito.de/ is the other one that I know of. Are you going to be in Antalya for a while or just Istanbul? Hopefully we can link up. Have a good time! - Josh

I hung out and climbed for a week or so and have moved on. Hopefully the weather holds for you because it is known to get quite hot. It is the very end of the season and there are not a ton of people around, but you should be able to find someone to hook up with.

Best of luck and enjoy the tuffas!!!!
