There are a bunch of multi pitch sport routes in Rock Canyon like Bobby's search pulled up. I've heard the rock isn't the best, but it's close if you are in Draper.

A couple cool ones in maple canyon too... a little bit more of a drive and probably close to being done for the winter.

Idiopathic is a 700' 5.9- completely bolted line. It requires 16 QDs and a few runners. Its in the eagletail mountains just west of pheonix az. Not close to ut but a great climb to do if you're ever in az. durring the winter months:)

big time and little time at castle rocks state park in idaho (next to city of rocks) - 4 or so very well bolted pitches - good solid rock

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
