Stolen Gear in St George Utah

I had my car broken into at Chuckawalla Wall in St. George, UT, yesterday 20/28/11.

It never feels good to be violated in this way, and I want to offer a warning to be careful at some of these remote trailheads.

Please be on the lookout for great deals on gear coming from St George and any equipment with purple tape or paint on it.

I lost a set of BD C4 cams, a red and yellow metolius cam, a blue #3.5 and silver #4 Wild Country tech friends, a red Alien, carbiners, slings a Rab Latok Alpine shell (red, small), and an OR micro-puff jacket w/ Zion Adventure Company Embroidery (brown, medium)

My girlfriend lost her purse, and luggage with all her clothing, jewelry, sleeping bag, and bike equipment

That sucks man. One more reason to hate the Chuckawalla Wall. I hope you somehow get it all back.

Out of curiosity, was the stolen gear visible in the car? I'll pass the word to those I know.

Renters insurance or something?
