Thin Air.

It's way more exciting than Standard Route. And Standard Route is too long.

I'd vote for Thin Air as long as your date enjoys a good traverse!

Also consider:
The Eaglet, Sea of Holes, Henderson Ridge or Lakeview!

I would second the opinion of Lakeview on Cannon, the route finding is pretty easy by cannon standards, and the is a nice large ledge two pitches from the top where you can hangout comfortably for a while if you like to and the best pitches are the last two!

lost in the sun-webster-lots of 4th class and great exposure

weissners butress-cannon-way more direct and no real route finding necessary. makes lakeview seem hard.

Or as I do, just keep the wife/girlfriend (or both) far away from the cliff. Makes road tripping easier too. I'm just saying.

the eaglet is a great idea as are some of the others... thin air is a good one too so long as there are no crowds...

i would add one, though its only 2 pitches, any of the lines at artists bluff would be cool, no aproach, easy hike off, nice views, fun easy climbing...

oh and white toad at rumney! thats a fun one with nice ledges...
